Cancellation Policy
To provide the best service for all clients, please review our cancellation policy:
- **Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.**
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a **cancellation fee of 50%** of the booked service price.
- No-shows will be charged **100% of the scheduled service**.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling, depending on availability.
